James New – When We Were Young

Making a bold entrance with his emotively honest debut single When We Were Young, James News’ talent for writing songs that will strike a chord with anyone who’s ever experienced heightened emotions, i.e. everyone, is strikingly evident. News’ vulnerability on the track sings with a poetic lyricism and he somehow somersaults reminiscent exhilaration about youth, sadness and the simplicities of life, into well-crafted psalms. When We Were Young is the eponymous lead track from James’ debut EP, recorded at his home in Peckham.

Alex Adair – I Will

Adding to his accolade of smash releases and stellar remixes, British DJ and Producer Alex Adair teams up with Australian pop newcomer Eves Karydas to kick-start summer 2018 with their collaborative track I Will. Alex has spent the last 12 months performing in front of some of his biggest audiences to date. Returning with I Will, he continues to prove that he’s impossible to pigeonhole, turning his creative hand to multiple genres whilst maintaining his familiar, signature sound.

Qveen Herby – Sade In The 90’s

Amy Noonan is Qveen Herby, the L.A. based singer-songwriter and rapper who delivers an undeniable flow into her R&B through fiery and fierce lyricism.  As musically versatile as she is musically talented, Qveen Herby’s ability to shift from ruthless to vulnerable and back on a track makes her highly admirable while still being relatable as she spits truth while narrating her thrilling struggle of being a self-made phenomenon. The newcomer promises to ‘keep it suave’ and pays tribute to legendary soul artist, Sade, in her first electronic R&B single from EP 3.

Christina Aguilera – Accelerate ft. Ty Dolla $ign & 2 Chainz

After taking a brief hiatus since last album Lotus, Xtina is back in full force with her newest single Accelerate. Roping in Ty Dolla $ign and 2 Chainz, the trippy video was directed by fashion photographer Zoey Grossman. Accelerate is the first single to be lifted from the forthcoming album Liberation.

Troye Sivan – Bloom

Showing no signs of slowing down in Q1, Troye Sivan has just unleashed Bloom; the third release from his highly anticipated new album. The Australia-raised, South Africa-born electronic-pop artist dropped the follow-up to My My My! and The Good Side earlier this week with an accompanying visual, which was animated by Jason Ebeyer.
