Nahli ft. Big Narstie – Catch 22

Newcomer Nahli teams up with the legendary Big Narstie for new single ‘Catch 22’. The pair bring pure fire to the Garage track, which was by mixed by MSM (Drake, Skepta) and produced by long-term collaborator DaVinche. Perfect playlist addition to kickstart the weekend!

Pearl Charles – Take Your Time

One of the US’ finest rising stars, Pearl Charles, has revealed ‘Take Your Time’, the second track to be taken from her stunning new album, ‘Magic Mirror’, out on Kanine Records on 15th January 2021. Pearl’smusic career has been a chronological progression from old-time music to 60’s garage and psychedelia, and now more 70’s country and soft rock. Drawn to catchy, poppy hooks and choruses, Charles draws on what she loves about each era while developing her unique style and voice as a musician, singer, and songwriter.

Sam DeRosa – Sad Faces

Sam DeRosa details a powerful narrative in new single ‘Sad Faces,’ one that shines a light on mental health awareness in contrast with its upbeat melody. The LA singer-songwriter’s candid lyricism eclipses over a magnetic drumline that has you hooked instantly, positioning Sam DeRosa as not only a force behind the scenes but a new relatable face in the incredible squad of artists who are sharing sincere pop music with the world (à la Julia Michaels and Sasha Sloan). 

Stefflon Don – Can’t Let You Go

British rapper, singer, and songwriter Stefflon Don releases her new single ‘Can’t Let You Go’, which follows her long-awaited return to music with her recently released single “Move”. ‘Can’t Let You Go’ is Stefflon Don’s latest single, inspired by the lust you feel for someone, even if they aren’t right for you. It is the lingering feeling of not being able to get someone off your mind, so instead, you reminisce about the nostalgic times you’ve had together. Deep.

The Heavy Hours – Ache

‘Ache’ serves as the second single from rising Cincinnati quartet The Heavy Hours & a more emotional track then their debut single ‘Don’t Walk Away’. This track already, after just two tracks, shows the depth of the band’s songwriting capabilities.

beabadoobee has finally released her new record ‘Fake It Flowers’ and has also blessed us with the amazing single ‘Together’. The 90’s alt-rock track is full of emotion and angst that has us thinking about that special someone. Other standouts on the album include ‘Back To Mars’‘Further Away’ and more. 

Omar Apollo ft. RuelWant U Around

Omar Apollo and Ruel make sweet music together on their romantic single ‘Want U Around’. The record comes straight off his debut project ‘Apolonio’ which also features collabs with Kali Uchis, DJ Dahi and more. Between their glorious harmonies and beautiful lyrics ‘Want U Around’ is a fantastic love song for that special socially distanced hang out. 

Sinead Harnett ft. EARTHGANGTake Me Away

RnB songstress Sinead Harnett is on a roll with releases with her new track ‘Take Me Away’. Partnering up with hip-hop entity EARTHGANG the two create a sensual and dreamy track that will have you feeling cool, calm and collected.

King Princess Only Time Makes It Human

After seeing massive success for her project ‘Cheap Queen’, King Princess is back with her banging new single ‘Only Time Makes It Human‘. The lovelorn single is backed by an 80’s inspired production and dance-inducing synths. We have to stan.

Rejjie Snow ft. Snoh Aalegra and Cam O’biMirrors

Rejjie Snow, Snoh Aalegra and Cam O’bi make music magic with their new collaboration. ‘Mirrors’ is an engaging song that will touch the soul and please RnB and hip hop lovers. This track will definitely be on replay all weekend long.

RAY BLK – Lovesick

RAY BLK is unapologetic and empowered on her new track ‘Lovesick’. The songstress sings about being burned by an ex-partner and it’s the effect it has had on her relationship mentality. There are bars, vocals and a hypnotizing sound that will be stuck in your head all night long. Thank you RAY BLK.

Lana Del ReyLet Me Love You Like A Woman

Lana Del Rey is on a wanderlust journey for love on her new single ‘Let Me Love You like A Woman’. The record has a simple production that’s similar to her Ultraviolence and NFR era and is filled with Lana’s classic lyrical prowess. 

Fred again… Jessie (I Miss You)

Fred again… touches on a lost love on the new single ‘Jessie (I Miss You). The lo-fi RnB track delivers a sense of nostalgia and intimacy from start to finish.

ShakkaHold Me Back

Shakka’s in his feels on his new single ‘Hold Me Back’. The smooth jam touches on a relationship that has reached a rough patch. Shakka delivers A1 vocals and clever lyrics that will make any RnB listener happy.

Kaleem Taylor – Feel

Kaleem Taylor has released his brand new EP ‘She Knows’ and we can’t get enough. The project delivers in lyrical content as well as it’s overall production. Speaking on the EP Kaleem says: “Whether the experience you’ve had with someone is good, bad or complicated, you always take something from it. Sometimes good things don’t last, sometimes love isn’t enough, sometimes you’re the reason why it didn’t work and with this project I just wanted to speak about some of these experiences I had. I wanted to touch on the impact these people had on me and how I impacted them too”.

Lauv ft. Conan Gray – Fake

Lauv and Conan Gray hit back at all the fakers in the world with their new single ‘Fake’. A collaboration we never knew we needed, the two singer-songwriters open up about their experience with liars. The relatable single is a must-listen this weekend.

If you’re in need of a track to help you relax then Hope Tala’s new single ‘Crazy‘ is for you. The emerging talent wows with her airy voice and jazz-RnB sound. Speaking on the track the songstress states: “Crazy is a fun love song; the type of song I think we all need in these depressing times. The lyric of the chorus has a double meaning – it’s about telling someone they can go crazy and have a good time on the dancefloor, but also that you can tell that they like you and it’s all good because the feelings are reciprocated – they don’t need to hold back, they can go Crazy.

TSHA and Gabrielle Aplin new track is an addictive new pop record that will leave you vibing and feeling good. The sound is perfect for that chill night in or self-care sunday.

Jay Prince ft. Kojey Radical and Dani Sofiya – THE WORLD

Jay Prince Kojey Radical and Dani Sofiya deliver introspective bars on their new single ‘THE WORLD’. Touching on the current political climate and the Black Lives Matter Movement, the new track supplies a warm production and important messages that need to be heard.

George Erith – We’ll Be Alright

If you’re in need of an upbeat and positive song to raise your spirits then George Erith’s new track is for you. ‘We’ll Be Alright’ supplies an airy production and optimistic lyrics that will instantly fill you up with good vibes and happiness.

British Nigerian muscian has released and anthemic life-affirming new record with ‘YOUNG’. The Burna Boy produced track is a celebration of life and looking on the bright side when things get dark. The rising artist also released an accompanying video for the track which perfectly captures the song’s message. Speaking on the record RasMuzik states: “The track first began to take shape in a home recording session last year, I recorded a first draft in London and then fleshed out the song and completed it whilst I was on holiday in France a few weeks later, so that’s perhaps why the song has that joyful feel and vibe to it. More importantly though, having just been discharged from hospital after suffering from covid to the point of being rushed to A&E, I feel like ‘Young’ is the perfect song to celebrate the fact that I’m alive and healthy, as it really captures my new zeal for life”.

FJ Lawfriends

Emerging talent FJ Law has released his new single ‘friends’ and it’s the perfect record for anyone going through a breakup. The track showcases the talent songwriting and producing skills to the fullest. Speaking on the track FJ states: “I was in the beginning of a pretty heavy break up. We knew it had finished but it was hard to sink in. The song is about anger, betrayal and the explosive emotional expression of ‘F*CK YOU’ to both your “friend” and your ex who you feel betrayed you.”

ford. ft. VerzacheIn My Eyes

Grammy-nominated artist ford. releases his highly anticipated sophomore album ‘The Color of Nothing’ and we can’t get enough. The eleven-track album represents the rising talent’s diverse musical talent to the fullest. His single ‘In My Eyes’ is the perfect example of the albums’ innovative sound and style. Speaking on the record ford. states: “I think my goal over the past couple years has been to be more honest in the concepts and themes that I explore within my music. Revenge is a dish best served warm. After DASHA catches her boyfriend cheating on her, she and her girl squad get the most of the California sun. With lyrics that are as catchy and hilarious as the video the ‘None Of My Business’ video is the break from the work week we truly needed.

Tokio Hotel – Monsoon 2020

Multi-award-winning band Tokio Hotel is celebrating an incredible 15 years since the original debut of their mega hit ‘Monsoon’ which changed the trajectory of the band forever. While notably a sonic departure from their early alt-rock roots, ‘Monsoon 2020’ maintains its profound lyricism over a driving beat, mellow guitars, lush vocals, and a melody both close enough and yet entirely different to the original – all of which makes the song a nostalgic tribute to the past and a gorgeous glance into the future.

Kyd the Band – Make It In America

Today Kyd the Band (aka Devin Guisande) releases his new EP Season 3: The Realization. The lead single lifted off the EP is ‘Make It In America’ – produced by Mark Nilan (Lady Gaga, Zedd) – and is one of the most personal releases in Devin Guisande’s story. At 16 years old, Guisande and his family lost everything they owned due to the 2008 economic crash. Devin admits that this life event impacted how he viewed success and led him to questioning the true meaning of life. He states “That pivotal moment opened my eyes to how easily money can come and go and what’s actually important.” A track that is both triumphant and inspiring, Kyd The Band reminds us that making it in America isn’t everything and what matters most are your loved ones.
