R&B sensation SZA has finally dropped her highly anticipated track ‘I Hate U’ on streaming platforms and we are in love. The single first took off on TikTok after the song was released on the singer’s SoundCloud. After countless videos and pleas from fans, the singer announced the song’s arrival in a surprise post. Speaking on the song, SZA said:‘Honestly this started out as an exercise. I just wanted somewhere to dump my thoughts w out pressure..y’all made it a thing and I’m not mad lmao. ask and u shall receive.
Khalid ft. Ari Lennox, Smino – Scenic Drive
If you’ve been missing Khalid and his sensational music then look no further. The Grammy-nominated singer released his brand new project Scenic Drive (The Tape) and it features an array of incredible collaborations. The title track also features Ari Lennox and Smino which is a combination we never knew we needed.
Becky G – Bella Ciao
Global superstar Becky G releases her cover of “Bella Ciao” along with the music video accompanying music inspired by the Netflix series Money Heist. The track was originally created in 19th Century Italy and was played during Tokyo’s iconic season finale monologue. Speaking on the track and the beloved series, Becky said: “I have always loved ‘La Casa de Papel’ (’Money Heist’) and the way this show connected with millions of people across the world. “Bella Ciao” is an iconic song and marks an important moment in the series, so being asked to reimagine it and be a part of the Casa de Papel world is truly an honor. From recording the song to shooting the video, I hope everyone enjoys this cover as much as I do!”
Brent Faiyaz – MERCEDES
Brent Faiyaz is back with his mysterious new single ‘MERCEDES’. Backed by an intoxicating electric R&B sound, the singer-songwriter opens up about his emotional walls and mistrust of a romantic interest. Filled with intricate harmony and hard-hitting lyrics ‘MERCEDES’ is the perfect track for Brent fans.
Miraa May – In My Feelings
Miraa May has dropped her most emotionally vulnerable track yet with ‘In My Feelings’. The new single is filled with silky smooth vocals and lyrics about a flighty romantic relationship. When asked about the inspiration behind the track Miraa states: “Sometimes I get so deep in my feelings I can’t see a way out and as soon as someone has the looking glass to see that in me, I’m done out here. Always being the one who tries to work it out despite how angry you are is such a vulnerable yet peaceful state of mind to be in. To have unconditional love and empathy for everyone around us and ourselves is to truly be free of hate. This song is about having patience with the ones we love and most importantly, ourselves.”

Grace Davies has dropped her second ep i wonder if you wonder and it needs to be on everyone’s radar. The record takes music listeners on an unfiltered ride from hope to heartbreak. A gift, unlike any other, pop superstar Kim Petras has started the holiday season with her brand-new song “Coconuts”. The body-positive track, which is taken from her forthcoming 2022 debut album, is a playful, tongue-in-cheek, record that will have fans dancing all weekend long.
spill tab ft Gus Dapperton – Velcro
If you’re looking for an amazing collaboration then spill tab and Gus Dapperton’s track ‘Velcro’ is for you. The catchy indie-pop record is part of her brand new EP Bonnie. Throughout the song, the two artists deliver clever lyrics and hypnotic vocals. In a statement, the French-Korean-American artist opened up about working with Gus and said it was “incredibly easy.” “It’s such a positive experience because you can tell he just really wants to service the song and support the other person in the room. He’s a very selfless collaborator, and I’m so proud and excited for this one,” she said.
Sinead Harnett – Where You Been Hiding
After a short hiatus, Sinead Harnett is back with her brand new single ‘Where You Been Hiding’. The R&B record is the lead single off the deluxe edition of her sophomore album Ready Is Always Too Late. Filled with sultry lyrics the track is further proof that Sinead is an artist to watch. Speaking on the new single the LA-based talent states: “I started writing this song whilst making my second album ‘Ready is Always Too Late’. At the time I was honestly asking myself why I couldn’t seem to make any romantic relationship work. I was questioning if it will ever happen, and if so where this person is. As time’s gone on and I eventually finished the song, I reflected on its meaning. The relationship I’ve had with myself needed some work and healing, which brings a whole new deeper level to the song for me. I’d been hiding from myself for too long.“
Joshua Bassett – Set Me Free
Joshua Bassett is ready to open up about his tumultuous 2021 with three brand new tracks. The singer, songwriter, and ‘High School Musical: The Musical: The Series’ opens up about grief and emotional trauma on the lead single ‘Set Me Free’. The 20-year-old talent has since described each track as “a different moment in time” in a statement. “While it’s been one of the most challenging periods in my lifetime by far; it has ultimately led to immense growth,” he explained.
Ed Sheeran and Elton John – Merry Christmas
Best friends Ed Sheeran and Elton John have collaborated on the holiday track ‘Merry Christmas’. Filled with festive cheer, the single the perfect package of Christmas cheer and joyous harmonies. The track was written by both Sheeran and John and is the first time that these longstanding friends have released a track together. ‘Merry Christmas’ is the perfect track for all your upcoming festivities.
No Rome – Remember November / Bitcrush*Yr*Life
Today’s the day! No Rome has finally released his highly anticipated debut album ‘It’s All Smiles’. The young talent recorded the project in a small apartment in Manila after the pandemic prevented him from returning to London. The album sees No Rome immerse himself in his roots and is backed by an array of musical influences. The album was also co-produced by Rome and his frequent collaborators BJ Burton and George Daniel. Excuse us while we get lost listening to his It’s All Smiles on repeat.
Cassyette ft KID BRUNSWICK – Behind Closed Doors
Pop-punk star Cassyette has released her brand new single ‘Behind Closed Doors’ and we can’t get enough. The electric new single sees the songstress team up with Brunswick as they deliver killer screams and two sides to a gripping story of unrequited love. Speaking on the track, the singer states: “Maybe you’ve been the victim of a one-sided love-affair, maybe you’re the perpetrator. A drunken moment behind closed doors can keep you trapped in a dirty secret. This song is about how it eats away at you. A bit angry, a bit shameful, this song the embodiment of that release when you finally let it out.“
