Talkless invites us into a mental spiral with his latest single ‘Talking To Myself’ where he brings back early 80s and 00s grunge flair. The jangly guitar chords accompanied by his smooth yet distorted vocals highlight the inner chaos we experience when we overthink. Along with the track, Talkless has also released a VHS-style lyric video that pulls our nostalgia heartstrings.

Sampa The Great feat. Chef 187, Tio Nason & Mwanjé  – Never Forget

Sampa The Great delivers a powerful and immersive listening experience with her track ‘Never Forget.’ Featuring heavenly harmonies from her sister and fellow musical talent Mwanjé, the record is an ode to golden-era Zambian music. We simply can’t get enough of Sampa The Great.

Rina Sawayama – Catch Me In The Air

Pop sensation Rina Sawayama continues her new music era with ‘Catch Me In The Air’ from her highly-anticipated sophomore album “Hold The Girl.” The pop record touches on themes of perseverance and love while also serving as a tribute to her mother, who raised Rina as a single parent. Speaking on the track Rina share: “I really wanted to write about this weird relationship with single parents – you do catch each other in the air. I wanted the whole song to sound like it was on an Irish coastline, like a Corrs video.

Creams – Gemstones

Creams has introduced her new music era since her acclaimed 2021 debut EP “Sleep On Me” with her single ‘Gemstones’. Backed by a dreamy production, the young talent intertwines hypnotic melodies and immersive lyrics that will leave music listeners floating through the clouds. If you’re a fan of alt-pop then Creams’ new track is for you!

Sophie May – Drop In The Ocean

Sophie May returns with her new single ‘Drop In The Ocean.’ Continuing off the success of her last few releases, the young talent explores the complexities of relationships and awkward interactions. When explaining the meaning behind ‘Drop In The Ocean’, Sophie reveals: “‘Drop In The Ocean’ evolved from a weird interaction with someone I thought I knew well. They felt their problems were more important than anyone else’s. The title is  a direct quote, dismissing other people’s issues, including my own, as “a drop in the ocean” compared to their own.”

Anna of the North – Dandelion

Anna of the North has dropped her new record ‘Dandelion’ and it is everything. With the new record, the young talent explores the hopeful and vulnerable topic of being in love and compares the feeling to the “fleetingness of a dandelion in the wind.” In a statement, Anna reveals that ‘Dandelion’ is a song about lost love.” “The kind of love that can’t stay for obvious reasons…still there is hope that one day it’ll work out,” she adds.

Oscar Lang ft. Wallice – I’ve Never Been To LA

London-based artist Oscar Lang has collaborated with Wallice on their brand new single ‘I’ve Never Been To L.A.’ The upbeat track continues to showcase Oscar’s incredible musical talent with its summer production and wanderlust lyrics. Speaking about the new single, Oscar says: “‘I’ve Never Been To L.A.’ is an anthem for all those people that have only ever seen sunny Los Angeles through the eyes of Hollywood. Wallice adds: “When I first heard the demo that Oscar sent I was driving down the freeway headed home during a beautiful orange L.A. sunset and I loved the song. I think that’s the ideal time and activity to be doing while listening to this song.

modernlove. – Familiar

modernlove. is back with their rich and glossy single ‘familiar.’ Filled with heartfelt lyrics and passionate production, the song effortlessly showcases the group’s warm artistry and immersive storytelling. When discussing the single’s meaning they said, “‘familiar’ is a song about seeing an ex for the first time after breaking up. It’s about seeing them from across a bar with somebody else, having moved on with their life and the feelings that moment can evoke. It also explores the idea that we long for something familiar and comforting when were not in a very good place in our lives and that an ex can provide a temporary, albeit unhealthy, escape from that loneliness and anxiety.

Mabel – Let Love Go

Mabel collaborates with US rapper Lil Tecca on her new single ‘Let Love Go’. The euphoric single, which is about overcoming heartbreak, is the first preview of the young talent’s second album ‘About Last Night…’. If you love to dance and are ready to move on from that toxic ex, ‘Let Love Go’ is for you.

Gyakie – FOR MY BABY

Gyakie has dropped her new track ‘FOR MY BABY’ and it’s the perfect single for R&B enthusiasts. Backed by a smooth production, the new record explores the power of love with its romantic lyrics and themes. If you can’t get enough of ‘FOR MY BABY’ then you’re in luck. Her new forthcoming EP project is set to hit stores later in the month.
