MapeiRise Up

You might remember Swedish-American pop artist Mapei for her single ‘Don’t Wait,’ which hit charts across the globe and caught the ear of Chance The Rapper, who hopped on a remix of the smash hit. After a short break for music, Mapei has resurfaced with an infectious new single, ‘Rise Up.’ Adapting the title from the slogan of her activist father, the uplifting soul pop song has a punch of Gospel grandiosity and serves as a battle cry for the downtrodden.

Wrabelmagic

magic is funky, fun, and an all-around banger. The song’s filled with an impressive production that gives off R&B pop-infused beats. Wrabel’s is out this world with his fantastic range and musicality. The track is the perfect for any couple experiencing the beginning of love!

Nick Anthony feat. Chloe Gendrow – When I’m Gone

Moody and full of eclectic vibes that will get anyone in their feelings, When I’m Gone is a bop that needs to be on everyone’s radar. Nick Anthony provides the beats, and Chloe Gendrow lends her vocal to this deep track. Speaking on the track, Anthony states “The Instrumental to “When I’m Gone” was written at an odd point in my life. A time where i didn’t know what i wanted or where i wanted to end up. To me, the song represents hope.

Lana Del ReyCinnamon Girl 

Norman F****ng Rockwell is here and lets us say WOW! Every track is Lana in her purest form, and we simply can’t get enough of it here at Spindle. One of her many standout tracks includes Cinnamon Girl, a fantastic bittersweet love song, that highlights her impressive range. This song will be on repeat for the rest of the year…

Jax Jones with Tove LoJacques 

Dancing, nights out, and fiery are three things that can be used to describe Jax Jones and Tove Lo’s newest track, Jacques. The production is infectious, and Tove Lo’s distinct voice is a welcomed return. If you’re looking for a record to get you hype before a night out on the town play this track on repeat.

Bombay Bicycle Club – Eat, Sleep, Wake ( nothing but you 

Getting us in all our angst feels, Bombay Bicycle Club expertly showcases the obsession of love. The indie track is addictive with its sound and impressive vocals from lead singer Jack Steadman. Definitely add this track to your end of summer playlists.

Post MaloneCircles 

This new release is something different for Post Malone, and we are totally digging it. Tapping more into an indie sound, Circles is a heartfelt track that encompasses Malone’s distinctive voice and sound. Circles is our new chill bop song of the year.

Deno feat. Digdat Change 

The rapper new track Change is about just that changing and evolving. Deno bars are inspiring, displaying his determination and clear goals. Digdat adds some impressive vocals that heighten the message of the track! You did that, Deno!  

Charli XCX feat HIAMWarm

Charli XCX is back with another massive collab, and it’s with the girls of HIAM! The track discusses the early starts of a relationship and getting past the vulnerability stage. The four talented singers are sultry, confident, and their voices effortlessly blend together, making it a joy to listen to!

Lily Moore feat Maverick Sabre In-Between 

Soul on top of soul is all we hear in the new track In-Between. The song sounds like it was taken straight from the Motown era with a modern twist, and we are shaking. Lily Moore and Maverick Sabre are a match made in heaven on the track, with chemistry oozing from their vibrant voices, harmonies, and melodies! We stan completely!

Astrid SDoing to Me 

Astrid S is continuing her pop take over with her new EP trust issues and single Doing To Me. The track discusses the highs and lows of a relationship. Astrid S continues to be relatable with her thoughtful lyrics and pleasant sound.

Callum Beattie Easter Road

Callum Beattie is delivering passion and powerful lyrical content with his latest release. Easter Road is described as tribute to his hometown of Edinburgh and Scottish roots. Thanks Callum for another great release!

RuthAnneUnrequited (MistaJam Remix)

Coming thru with a banger of a remix, RuthAnne has partnered up with DJ MistaJam on the new rendition of Unrequited. The track takes a funky-jazzy turn, and we are absolutely in love. Elevating the lovelorn single to new levels, this remix is a definite stand out this week!

Wretch 32Mummy’s Boy

This record is absolute fire! Wretch 32 brings his ruthless and insane bars to the song discussing the influence of all the strong women in his life. It’s a fantastic track that shows the rappers vulnerability and appreciation of his role models and impacts during his come up.

SA ZeinerCould You Be Good to Me

Emerging artist and producer SA Zeiner has released her first single with Could You Be Good to Me. The track displays haunting and melancholic synths that meld perfectly with Zeiner’s delicate voice. Speaking on the track the songstress states ” ‘Could You Be Good To Me’ is about trying to
find your place in the world. It’s about being drawn to people who are similar but different than you at the same time and then trying to figure out if you could meet on common ground.”

Kara MarniAll Night, Pt. II

Smart and Seductive are two ways to describe Kara Marni’s latest track All Night Pt. II. The soulful songstress brings all the metaphors and love-laced lyrics that will hit you right in the heartstrings. The new record slows it down from her initial release of All Night, Pt. I.

Shakka feat. Mr Eazi Too Bad Bad

Shakka’s Too Bad Bad is a good time wrapped neatly in the form a song! It’s upbeat sound, and sweet lyrics will make it a fun listening experience for everyone. Accompanying the release is a colorful, dance-filled video that captures the songs true essence.

Coming through with that soulful good good, Ruel’s latest track Real Thing is everything we could have asked for in an R&B track. Discussing wanting a real and sincere love, the singer serenades his listeners with insane runs and thoughtful lyrics. So if you’re currently crushing on someone, take them out and play this track.

This track is the feeling of love in song form. The band from El Paso, Texas has an exceptional talent of creating material that will get listeners in all types of emotions, from love, heartbreak, and happiness. With the announcement of their new album Cry and the release of this beautiful track, we can’t help but want more!

This track gets us so hype! Megan Thee Stallion brings all the smoke with Cocky Af, and we love it! Full of provocative lyrics and a unshakeable confidence this record is perfect for reminding listeners to love yourself and take no s**t!

Ariana and the Rose – You Were Never My Boyfriend (Great Good Fine OK Remix)

Ms Ariana continues to feed us incredible pop gems and her latest gift is a remix of previous single ‘You Were Never My Boyfriend’. The original is lifted from the new ‘Constellations’ EP, but this rework by American synth-pop duo Great Good Fine OK, is the perfect bop to ease us out of the Summer.

Following on from the success of last year’s string of beautifully atmospheric singles, London-based producer Jamie Hoddle aka Mona Vale now returns to his bold and cinematic guise as he unveils his latest offering ‘Mercenary’. With its eerie yet euphoric synths leading up to a light and ethereal beat, his latest work manages to pay homage to his lighter sounds, but offer something that sees him evolve within his direction, making for a broad and impactful return.

DUCKWRTH Crush

Crush is a fun track that showcases the playful side of the MC. The video for the track is the definition of a summer love with amazing choreography and chemistry. The production is beautiful and lyrics smooth. DUCKWRTH will be performing be headlining at The Jazz Cafe on the 24th of September!

Packed full with hard hitting beats A.T latest track Kumbaya is holding on the last remnants of summer with Kumbaya. This A.T first single release with Universal’s Spinnup label. We can’t wait to see what else the afrobeat artist releases next!
