In Photos with…Arlo Parks

Arlo Parks is a woman of soul and a poet at heart. The emerging songstress channels her deepest and most intimate emotions in her work, creating an escape for listeners everywhere. Hailing from South West London, the singer-songwriter started her creative journey by writing short stories. As she grew, older, Parks spent the majority of her time feeling different from the other kids. But upon hitting 17, she embraced her differences while writing and self-producing a ton of music in the process.

With a mix of influences including Sylvia Plath, Nayyirah Waheed, Otis Redding, and Loyle Carner, Arlo Parks has created a unique sound unlike any other. Since her debut, she has released an EP and five new singles – including her latest introspective track Second Guessing.
