Spindle Home Session: Kyd The Band Performs His Track ‘Heartbreak Anthem’

Nashville-based artist Kyd the Band is an emotive talent that needs to be on your radar. Born into a religious family, Kyd first started his musical journey learning how to play the drums, guitar and piano as a kid. His love for rock n roll continued to grow, and at the age of 16, he co-founded a band with his brother Kyle. After a few years of writing and recording music, the singer-songwriter made his way to Los Angeles to pursue his dream of stardom, eventually leading him and his brother to Nashville. After encountering a series of roadblocks, the duo eventually met with DJ/producer Avedon – who enlisted their songwriting talents for the 2017 Bone Thugs-N-Harmony album. This experience helped shape Kyd the Band into the multilayered artist he is today. Since then he has released an array of singles and projects including his latest EP Season 2: Character Development.
