Sam DeRosa – The Medicine
After years of honing in on her craft and helping others find their voice (including cuts w/ Dixie D’Amelio, blackbear, lovelytheband), Sam DeRosa shines in her own spotlight and gets her due on her newly released The Medicine EP. A sincere glimpse into the singer-songwriter’s sensibility, she elaborates, “Hopefully someone will hear this and feel like I’m right there with them – whether we are stumbling home, dancing around the house, or crying it out on the bedroom floor. I’ve been there, so I’ll sing them through it. There are a lot of people who can’t process what they’re feeling, so my responsibility as an artist and songwriter is to speak my truth as best I can with the hopes that it will help someone else who’s hurting.”

Tyler Shaw comes bearing gifts with a cover of the Christmas classic ‘Maybe This Christmas’ – originally by fellow Canadian Ron Sexsmith. The nostalgic holiday song showcases Tyler’s smooth vocals that warm the heart like a cozy sweater on a cold winter day. Produced by Tyler himself, the rich harmonies and festive production instantly invoke all the feelings of the season and is a perfect addition to your holiday playlist.

Rising artist Pearl Charles is back with her third single ‘Imposter’. The single is filled with atmospheric vocals and wanderlust lyrics that will leave you floating through the clouds. Speaking on the track Pearl, states: “On the surface ‘Imposter’ sounds like a sun-soaked day, but there is a darkness that lurks beneath. Parris – Kama Sutra
Parris’s latest track ‘Kama Sutra’ is a melodic record that’s filled with a groovy production and feel-good lyrics. The singer-songwriter also debuted an accompanying video that encompasses the track’s energetic and optimistic theme.
Bahghi – 25
Bahghi is making her official debut with her track ’25’. In light of her birthday, ’25’ is a single that touches on acceptance, growth and change. Speaking on the track she states: ‘”25’ is about being grateful for all the lessons I’ve learned, including realizing I am enough the way I am and I have the power to stand on my own feet.”
DEJA – Control
Vibe out all weekend long with DEJA’s brand new single ‘Control’. Filled with an early noughties production and superb vocals from the songstress ‘Control’ is sure to be a hit for the rising talent.
House of EL – Run Away
House of El is back with his track ‘Run Away’ and it’s got us in our feels. The new song is the third single from his upcoming EP. Speaking on the track House of EL says: “I wrote this song, just still in that same soulful musical space again. Just a song about relationships, when you know someone isn’t good for you and you aren’t good for them…them ones!”
Riva Taylor – Celebrate
Riva Taylor is pulling at the heartstrings with he record ‘Celebrate’. Singer-songwriter taps into her personal grief and trauma from the past while also giving a sense of hope for the future. From her ethereal vocals to it’s electronic/acoustic sound.
Loyle Carner – Yesterday
Loyle Carner spits meaningful bars with his new single ‘Yesterday’. The production fantastic and gives off a classic 60’s vibe. Thanks, Loyle for this fire track.
Powfu ft. Rxseboy – when the hospital was my home
Lo-fi rapper has released a heartwarming single with his new track ‘when the hospital was my home’. The track was inspired by the romantic drama 5 Feet Apart. Speaking on the track Powfu states: “The movie inspired me to write a song from the perspective of someone living in a hospital. When I played it for my dad, he broke down and started crying when he heard the lyrics: ‘i dont wanna let go when we hug, one thing worse than dying is losing who you love’. I knew at that point that this was something special.”
Billie Eilish – Therefore I am
Billie Eilish is sticking it to her haters with new tack Therefore I am. The 18-year-old also drops a fun new video that takes place in her old stomping grounds the Glendale Galleria.
