iskwē – I Get High

iskwē has released a trippy music video for latest single “I Get High” featuring Nina Hagen. Sporting a black lace dress, the Canadian performer emphasizes the importance of supporting your loved ones through the roller coaster that is life – keeping one hand on your heart and the other one on the lighter.

Alison Goldfrapp – Love Invention

Synth-pop superstar Alison Goldfrapp has returned with her sure-to-be iconic new single ‘Love Invention.’ Filled with dynamic vocal effects and an infectious disco strut, the new single will leave you dancing all night long. Fans can also expect a new album from Alison, which is set to release on 12th May.

SBTRKT ft. LEILAH – NO INTENTION

SBTRKT’s has released his highly anticipated new album ‘The Rat Road’ and latest lead single ‘NO INTENTION’ and we can’t get enough of it. Throughout the emotive track, the beloved talent delivers cinematic strings alongside LEILAH’s immersive and distinctive vocals.

Stella Explorer – Mindgames

Emerging talent Stella Explorer has released her new single ‘Mindgames’ in line with her latest EP ‘Lost Kingdom.’ Throughout the record, Stella evokes a hazy dreamscape with whimsical beats and that will leave listeners floating through the clouds.

SuperJazzClub – Paradise

SuperJazzClub is continuing their music takeover with their ethereal and introspective new single ‘Paradise.’ On the immersive single, the music collective “shatters romanticized and monolithic conceptions pertaining to the idyllic utopias that we craft in our minds.” In a statement, Ansah Live gave further insight into the track, stating: “The concept of an overpriced paradise is one that almost every human is familiar with. There is always a price to be paid for the things that we enjoy the most. Sometimes we pay more than we actually should but the satisfaction that we derive from our individual paradises could be so strong it overshadows the price we pay”.

Not3s feat Mayorkun – So Far Gone

Not3s has made his grand return to music with his new single ‘So Far Gone’ featuring Nigerian star Mayorkun. With a new sense of maturity, the immersive track showcases the beloved talent in a new light due to its genre-bending sound. We can’t wait to hear more from Not3s.

BLK ODYSSY – ODEE

Multifaceted Austin-based talent BLK ODYSSY has made his grand return with his brand new single ‘ODEE.’ Backed by a dreamy R&B sound, BLK delivers confident lyrics about living authentically and attracting similar-minded people. We can’t get enough of ‘ODEE.’

YKB – Komplete Riddim

YKB continues to carve his own music lane with his brand new EP, which features his lead single ‘komplete riddim.’ Like his previous releases, the young talent delivers soul and passion that will leave music listeners feeling inspired and moved.

TQD (feat. PVC) – on the ground

TQD have partnered with PVC for their brand-new single ‘on the ground.’ Filled with a “heavy slice of bassline” the new single is guaranteed club banger. The immersive track comes a few weeks before their TQD’s brand new album, which is set for release this June. Described as an “ode to UK dance music culture” the forthcoming album is set to feature an array of genres, from bassline to UKG to 4×4 riddims.

Amaarae – Co-Star

The multi-talented artist Amaarae is back with her astrological single ‘Co-Star’ and we are obsessed. Filled with creative lyrics about the alluring qualities of each zodiac sign, the song elevates Amaarae’s artistry to new intergalactic heights. Speaking on the new track, the Ghanaian-American talent said: “‘Co-Star’ is a fun song about star signs! I wanted to give people something cute and flirty for the summer! Astrology is such a huge part of our youth culture, it felt like a missed opportunity to not lean into that and give the girls an anthem that reads and celebrates them all at once! The video is amazing too! Having some of my favorite women in the whole wide world represent themselves in such an iconic way. The Clermont Twins are such an iconic duo. Also Biba! Deto! Moyo! Bijou & Chi are such a huge part of alternative African culture. These are the tastemakers of our time! It’s really so amazing to bring them all together.”
